Need help signing on?    
 
If you have never signed on and do not know your Employee ID or password...
 
  1. Enter your Employee ID. If you donít know your Employee ID, you can find it on your pay voucher.
  2. Your initial password will be the month (mm) and year (yy) of your birth date, plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
  3. Once you sign on, you will be prompted to change your password and confirm some authentication details.
Note: Your profile will include information through January 1, 2009. Updates will be made on a periodic basis. If you were hired after January 1, 2009, your profile will not be available until the next update.
 
If you have previously completed a successful sign on but cannot remember your password...
 
Click here to access the personal profile verification page. Once you have verified your identity by correctly answering the profile questions you will be allowed access to the site where you can create a new password.
 
If you are locked out of the system...
 
After your 3rd unsuccessful sign on attempt, your account will be locked. To have your account reset, call the HR Service Center at 1-877-HRWELLS (1-877-479-3557) or send an email to HRSC@wellsfargo.com. In the email, please include your employee ID, email address and the text of the error message you are receiving and/or a brief description of the problem. The HR Service Center will respond to your email within 24 hours.
